Gary Hatch, 77, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017.

Visitation: 6:00 - 8:00 pm Friday, December 1, 2017 at Moore Funeral Home. 

Funeral: 2:00 pm Saturday, December 2, 2017 in Moore Funeral Home Chapel with reception following. 

Memorials: Donations in memory of Hugh may be made to the Humane Society of North Texas (1840 E. Lancaster, Ft. Worth, TX, 76103) or to Operation Kindness (3201 Earhart Dr, Carrollton, TX, 75006).

Gary was born in Tulsa on February 22, 1940 to Verle and Philo Hatch and was raised in Oklahoma City. He began working for Montgomery Wards while still at Oklahoma City University, and continued working for them until Wards closed in 2000. After the closing, he retired for two years, then worked part time for The Tiger Group as an Assistant Recovery Consultant. He especially loved skiing and water sports, and his favorite times were when he was with family.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Philo Hatch II, mother, Verle Hatch and father, Philo Hatch. 

Survivors: wife and best friend, Ann; sons Sherman and his wife, Jaime, and Gary II and his wife, Tamra, and the lights of his life, the 7 grandchildren, Ethan, Hugh, Dalton, Jacob, Jared, Conner Gibbs and Megan Gibbs. He also leaves two nieces, Elisa Bennett and Gaylynn Jacobs, and 2 nephews, Philo Hatch III and Preston Hatch.
