Barry was one of the sharpest, smartest, wittiest, coolest guys I ever ran into. He was a good writer, funny to the max, and a good friend. We had so many good times together, especially in chemistry where he seemed to know it all while I struggled to get through the entire course. I think the difference was in our study habits because he actually studied. When I learned that he had been killed in an auto accident, it really made me sad. He made the world around him a happier place. I remember driving to an OU-Texas football game one year with three other guys in his Model A Ford! We all slept on the floor at a friends in Dallas. That was a blast. What a memory.
